At Longtown Outdoor Learning, the wellbeing and safety of every participant is our top priority. We carefully assess all of our activities to understand any potential hazards, and we put strong measures in place to keep risks as low as reasonably possible.

​​For those activities where some level of risk naturally remains, we carry out a thorough risk–benefit analysis to make sure the positive learning experiences far outweigh any remaining risk. Our aim is always to provide safe, fun and enriching outdoor learning and adventures.
