Accommodation

Residential accommodation

We pride ourselves on providing a good residential experience. Sharing a room and considering others, living and working as part of a community, and looking after your own personal space are all essential and transferable skills.

The centre can accommodate up to 70 people in the house. Bedrooms (single and twin) typically have single beds and bunk beds and sleep groups of 3, 4 and 5. Our largest bedroom can sleep up to 7 people.

We do ask our residential participants to bring a sleeping bag or duvet cover and a pillowcase.

Residential facilities

The dormitories have both shared and en-suite showers (external showers are available). There is also a small kitchen and a living room area with a television.

We have a number of comfortable common rooms (The Den, The Snug and The Sett), for meetings, briefings and reviews (and an evening hot drink). There is a warm fire and a TV screen in each room – ideal for having a look at photos of your day.

Self-catering accommodation

Our two-floor self-catering accommodation can sleep up to 35 people in shared bedrooms. These rooms typically have bunk beds and single beds, sleeping groups of 2, 3 and 4.

There are two different options for self-catering accommodation:

  • Premium - rooms with ensuite bathrooms
  • Economy - rooms without ensuite bathrooms

Self-catering facilities

5 bedrooms on the first floor have en-suite showers, and on the ground floor there is a shared shower. There are also two communal areas – a small kitchen and a living room area with a television.

Accessible facilities

The newest part of our accommodation has ground floor accessibility for those who may have restricted mobility. On the ground floor, we have a walk-in shower room, and there is a small kitchen and common room on this floor.
